One of the hardest things for creative, visionary types, to do is to value people who are, or seem to be, completely not like them.
Like health and safety officers, finance directors, legal bods etc. But I have learned that we actually need them much more than we realise and learning to respect what they bring and work well with them can be a real key to success.
